Sorry but when I was submitting my question I hoped this can be achieved with use of this plugin, since it let you execute short code in its fields. I didn't find the solution I was looking for - finding a way to make select box populated with shortcode.
So when I found some kind of "go around", I thought I will post it here if anyone later was looking for same thing. As you can see, thread about styling isn't on this forum as it has nothing to do with DTX.
Have you considered adding functionality of making select boxes type field in your plugin? I think lots of people would love it :) I certainly would!
