SPVG on "[Plugin: Contact Form 7] campaign monitor subscription checkbox for contact form"

Does anyone know how easy it is to add a checkbox which automatically subscribes users to your campaign monitor list by simply clicking on a checkbox on a contact form?

Would really like to add this as an option but have no web experience.
