kenrob2037 on "Contact Form Not Working"

Hi All,

Barnd new here. I just wanted to add a contact form to my site, but when I do it gives me this

[contact-form][contact-field label='Name' type='name' required='1'/][contact-field label='Email' type='email' required='1'/][contact-field label='Comment' type='textarea' required='1'/][/contact-form]

I've done nothing but try to add it, no modifications, and it's displaying my email address in the from, I never added it.

Any thoughts?
