soasmw on "Redirecting "Submit" button in Wordpress form to a specific URL"

Hello,

There is a Contact Form included with Wordpress by default. The button "Add Contact Form" appears next to "Add Media" in the new post or new page window.

I have added a form to a page using this. Is there a way to redirect the visitor to a specific link after he/she clicks on "Submit"? If yes, how can it be done?
