andrewclappison on "Attachments on Fast Secure Contact Form"

I keep getting the following message when I try to add a doc. attachement on the contact form: Attachment file type not allowed.

The file I'm trying to load is set up in the settings, so not sure why its not working... Does anybody have any ideas?
