cyclesha on "Editing comment form on posts in Brick Yard. Contact page."

I like Brick yard although I only seek certain info on the post form. How do I edit this post form? How do I delete this from the pages?

Next I have a contact page install button from WORDPRESS on my edit pages. I tried to place the contact form on the page as I do on my other site. It works with Childishly Simple although it doesn'r seem to work with Brick Yard. What is my problem?
