The author of Contact Form 7 has also writtten a CAPCTHA plugin called Really Simple CAPTCHA that many people use.
You appear to be using Contact Form 7 reCAPTCHA Extension instead. If you are having problems getting that plugin to work for you, then you are probably better asking for support in that plugins support forum.
