I need a plugin that does the following:
1) the owner have an option to add products (in back-end), which will be displayed in a combobox (in front-end)
2) the customer has a combobox to select the item (product) and a textbox next to it to write the quantity of chosen product. when the first product is selected, second combobox and textbox display automatically and so on with third, forth ... and of course there should be a send button
3) the owner receives an e-mail when an 'order' is placed / message is received. in addition there should be some type of table where all records/messages are saved. sort & filter options based on date/time of submission and type of product would be appreciated.
I checked some contact forms out there, but none of them allows automatic display of combobox when previous one is chosen. I also checked e-commerce plugins, but using them is just too much, considering that customers are only sending a message and nothing more.
Please let me know if there is something similar out there that already exists, or guide me on how to go about customizing any contact form, or any other option that would help solve the problem.
