Problem is I'm running Wordpress 3.5.1 and the site above clearly indicates Settings ->Media would have the options I need to specify a folder or settings for media attachments. What I see instead in Media Settings is image sizes (thumbnails), and below that is organizing media files with a checkbox for organizing by month/year folders.
