uhaenni on "[Plugin: PTA Member Directory and Contact Form] Linking Names in Directory to Contact Forms"

Is it possible to linking the Names in the Directory view directly to the corresponding Contact Form, instead of using the Contact Form Link?
Can i do this with the "output filter hook"? And how?
If i have a long list of Contacts, it will look better when i don't have the Link "Send A Message" for every Contact. Thanks!
