I assume you meant to ask the following?

I activated the COntact Form from Jetpack suite and inserted it in my contact page. But the page displays the code and not the form itself.

Unfortunately that page doesn't seem to exist anymore. Do you still experience issues? If so, could you let me know how you generated the contact form shortcode? Did you use the form builder as explained here:

If so, and if that code still doesn't work, could you copy the shortcode and paste it here?
