Aspire123 on "How make a simple lead-generation page?"

Hi,

I have been trying to make a simple WordPress page but have been struggling and wondered if someone could help me?

I want to make a simple single paged webpage that has a background picture, a contact form and also be mobile friendly.

The background picture I want is the one shown here: http://bargainlauncher.co.uk/

And the only other thing I want on the page is a contact form that asks for 2 things:

1. Please Enter Your Phone Number
2.Please enter your Email Address (required)
