Hi,
I wrote the stop spammers plugin and found that if a user is rejected as a suspected spammer the wheel keeps turning rather than displaying the rejection notice. This is because the contact form uses ajax to send the contact information and gets back an unexpected or invalid response.
I would suggest an improvement where the contact form displays the invalid response when it does not get back what it expects. Adding in a timeout to the javascript would also improve the feedback in case of failure. The perpetual spinning wheel is frustrating.
