I don't think it is. That was proven by the fact that you could send an email using a hotmail from address with no problem. It very much sounds like the SMTP filters at your hosts are rejecting emails with the alfiegreenmedia.com address. Is alfiegreenmedia.com your site url? do your hosts also look after your domain email?
