Hello!
The small organization that I am working for would like to have a routing system set up on their WordPress site that allows them to filter submissions that they get from their contact form so that each email goes to the correct person in the organization, based on what the user has filled out in the form.
For example, if a user uses the contact form and selects an option regarding assistance with "financial services", the submission should go to the financial services employee. If the user uses the same form and selects an option for "technical assistance", the submission should go to the technical services employee.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what WordPress plugin(s) might be best for that type of set up?
