homman on "Contact form not working"

Hi, I'd like to add a similar problem:
after 4.3 update the contact form doesn't function. Before updating it did. The emails is not sent. I've tried to remove the form and insert it again several times without result. This is the script but without actual mail adress

Any ideas how to solve this?
