I utilize the plugin The Events Calendar. I tried to add a Contact Form to one of my events but the check boxes are not visible. I also experienced errors using radio buttons or drop down fields.
For example, visit: http://blog.hcpd.com...udget-meetings/. There are supposed to be check boxes next to the three dates, (Tuesday etc, Wednesday etc, Thursday etc) but they are not visible so people cannot fill out the form correctly. Is this a bug due to the Tresor Theme or of the Events plugin? Thank you!
