carmenrae on "[Theme: Customizr] Contact form 7"

I have enabled the Contact-form-7 and pasted code within text "Contact" page as instructed.
For some reason it is also duplicating on the the visual and showing on the actual page.
I know HTML but little PHP, so can someone please help?
