Weird_rocks on "Contact Form Issue from Purchased Template"

Hello Peeps!

I purchased a theme from themeforest last year & the
designer no longer offers support. The contact form works fine with a couple of exceptions.

The CONTACT FORM input fields are REQUIRED and it comes with the captcha at the end. However, just in case a USER types in the email & the captcha answer and clicks on the SUBMIT button, the information will be sent through even though all the input tab fields are REQUIRED!
