I had put in my gmail address that I use for my business, but then I read somewhere that it has to be an email address associated with the website (ex: info@yourwebsite.com) and then you'd have to forward that email to the one you want to use (for me, to gmail)
I also learned that I had to put the "info@yourwebsite.com" email address both in the "mailto" and "mailfrom" email area. I'm not sure why... but that made it work.
