I have a contact form on my blog here:
https://techblog.kjodle.net/contact/
I recently received an email at my admin address that included the body of an email and ended with:
Akismet Spam Check: probably spam
Sent from (ip address): *redacted*
Date/Time: 12 February 2016 17:00
Coming from (referer): https://techblog.kjodle.net/contact/
Using (user agent): Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64)
AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/47.0.2526.73
Safari/537.36 OPR/34.0.2036.31
1) I did not know that Akisment would filter messages received from a contact form. (I am using the Fast Secure Contact Form plugin.)
2) When I look through my email account, I can't find this original message in any folder.
3) When I look through my comments spam, I can't find this message.
I have two questions:
1) Is it normal for Akismet to filter a contact form? (And if it is, how do I disable that?)
2) Where is that original email now?
