javadth on "send the result of radio box in contact form 7"

hi in Contact Form 7 i want to use radio box like this

[radio radio-473 default:1 "paris" "NY" "london" "tokyo"]

but when person check one of them and submit to sent , result is not sent and sent is like this :

[radio radio-473 default:1 "paris" "NY" "london" "tokyo"]

instead of chosen city
