Turid on "[Theme: Accesspress Parallax] Change the width of the contact form"

I use Contact form 7.
I put this into the Call to action-section. I would like to have less width on this form. Now, it is as wide as the page.
How do I do this?

I am also wondering how to put more Call to action boxes into the Call to action-section?

By the way, my header is not sticky, even if I have ticked the box for this.

Can anyone help me?
