KatjaTMI on "[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Is it possible to make 2 Blocks of Fileds like table chart"

hi there,

i want to make a contact form to register one participant and a partner for an event. to keep it simple and good looking i would prefere to use a table chart and have 2 containers in a row.

does anyone have a guess, if this is posiible with contact form 7?
and does anyone know a tag for using 2 Fields of half width in a row?
