vcsense on "Contact Form doesn't send anything"

Hi,

I am having trouble with my contact form.

My website is hosted on godaddy.com. Here is the address : http://www.vcsense.co

I downloaded Pirate Forms, but I can't manage to replace the original contact form with the Pirate Forms contact form (I am using the free version).

The original contact form doesn't send anything out.

How do I get it to work ?
