Yes me as well. However, the emails do arrive at the specified email address. It seem to me this version of wordpress changed something and the form's action is not correct anymore:
/wp-admin/plugins.php?ctf_form_num=&page=si-contact-form/si-contact-form.php
Other contact forms have the same problem.
