this is not possible without theme customizations. So you have to find a plugin which provides the possibility to include the contact form with a php code snipped and you can add this snippet to your codebase.
Or you can try to find a plugin which makes this possible without coding. But I've never seen a plugin like this before. A contact form in the category archive is not very common.
