We have checked issue on our demo site. It is working fine using version 1.1.
Please update your email id in wordpress admin->settings->AI Simple Ajax Contact Form. If you don't provide email id there mails will be sent on wordpress admin email id which is found at admin->Settings->General menu.
Please check your spambox.
If you still find any issue, Please let us know using which wordpress version, plugin version, operating system, web browser you found issue, So that we can recreate the issue and solve it.
