When I use the form, from either my "Contact us" page

It goes straight into feedback (NOT marked as spam) but doesn't send to info@genesisatwork.com, which is where I want it.
My theme is Suffusion. I have already:
1)deactivated all plugins with no resolution
2)know the email works
3)changed email destination, just in case
4)worked on this theme too long to switch to another
