Inkys on "Best contact forms for multiple users?"

Hi!
I'm new to WordPress so I haven't yet figured out the best plugins for each purpose and therefore need a little help.
My webpage will contain a sidebar with multiple (4-6) users and two buttons: a possibility to send a question for each one of them that will open a new page with some description about that user and a contact form; a link to the questions each[!] (not a mesh of all questions) of them have answered. The questions should be sent to their e-mail addresses or their user on the WordPress site. And only registered users can ask a questions.
The idea is similar to ask.fm - I just need this with registration and for 4-6 people.

The left panel where 'jautāt' is 'ask a question' and 'atbildes' are answers.
There must be some kind of plugin that makes this all easier than writing everything by hand :/ PLEASE HELP!
