That's interesting. We made some changes to the Contact Form module a couple of years ago to ensure it would be compatible with most caching plugins out there, but it seems that the problem is back....

Thanks for your feedback @andreadelriva. Sorry to hear about the Captcha hassle. We'll need to log it as a bug and investigate further. CF7 for the moment is probably the best in this case.
