slenells on "[Plugin: MailChimp for WordPress] Creating a contact form with mailchimp for wordpress"

Is there a way to use this only as a contact form even if the user does not have their email service with mailchimp.
I want to create a simple contact form with name, email, subject, message and submit with the option to require fields... What is the best way to go about this?
