Thank you Buzztone for your quickly response!! The 3 forms that i mentioned works perfect, when i complete any of the 3 forms and submit the info, the forms display a successfull message whithout problems. I don't understand why receive duplicate emails, sometimes 2, sometimes 3.

Every page have one form at the end of the content, very easy to complete, but i said, sometimes i'm receiving duplicate emails. Any idea about this issue?
