Go to the CF7 Admin page in your dashboard. On each form that your site uses, click edit and then look for the person to whom the email will be sent. Change as appropriate.

As stated, the contact form is set up correctly. The new emails and old emails use the same address, just a different host. The address(s) the CF7 email to are the active ones.

Take a look at the raw email headers of an email that's arrived in the wrong place. You should be able to work out how it's been routed.

It looks like phpmail is sending the mail via postfix on your OVH box to what looks like a local user, presumably then picked up in roundcube. Maybe consider using a SMTP plugin to force WordPress/CF7...
